D. Tough Plumbing & Heating was founded by Liza and Doug Tough in 2005. Doug had been in the plumbing trade since 1998 and he graduated at the top of his class in 2002.

Ronald Tough is following in his fathers footsteps. Ronald started working with Doug in 2010 and after graduating from Mount Boucherie High School he then completing four years of trade school with Red Seal certification. His training consisted of potable water systems, gas fitting, drainage systems, and boiler heating systems.

Sadly we lost Doug in April of 2025. Ronald and Liza are honouring Doug's memory and continuing to operate the company.

They made our emergency theirs and were quick to schedule us in and very professional. He showed us the issue and fixed it fast. Reasonably priced. We highly recommend this plumber.
